RWS&S Odisha Engineer Recruitment 2025: Rural Water Supply & Sanitation (RWS&S), Odisha has released an official notification inviting qualified engineers for contractual engagement in the Design Review Cell. The recruitment will be done through a direct walk-in interview process at Bhubaneswar.
These positions are offered for a fixed period of nine months under the Office of the Engineer-in-Chief, RWS&S. Eligible and experienced candidates can attend the interview as per their respective domain schedule.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
Hydraulics Expert
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute
- Minimum 5 years experience in detail engineering and design of water & wastewater facilities
- Experience in pumping systems and distribution networks
- Knowledge of WATER GEMS software is mandatory
Structural Expert
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute
- Minimum 5 years experience in design and analysis of water retaining structures
- Experience in RCC and steel structures
- Knowledge of STAAD Pro / ETABS is required
Electrical Expert
- Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Post Graduation is preferable
- Minimum 5 years experience in water & wastewater project design
- Experience in PLC, SCADA and automation systems
