Eligibility for Tata Institute of Fundamental Research Recruitment 2026
- Scientific Officer (D) Full-time M.V.Sc. with 60% marks, minimum 2 years experience in laboratory animal facility and valid Veterinary Council registration.
- Scientific Officer (D): Ph.D. in Accelerator Physics or Nuclear Physics and minimum 2 years post-master’s research experience.
- Scientific Assistant (B) [Life Sciences]: Science Graduate or Diploma in relevant life science discipline with required laboratory experience.
- Scientific Assistant (B) [IT/Web Development]: Science Graduate, BCA or Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT with relevant web application experience.
- Tradesman (B): NTC or NAC in Turner trade with required experience.
- Clerk (A): Graduate with typing knowledge, computer knowledge and minimum one year clerical experience.
- Work Assistant (Auxiliary): SSC or equivalent with minimum one year experience.
- Work Assistant (Technical) SSC or NTC in Fitter trade with one year experience.
Age Limit
- Scientific Officer (D) posts: Maximum 35 years.
- Scientific Assistant (B): Maximum 28 years.
- Tradesman (B): Maximum 28 years (UR) and 33 years (SC).
- Clerk (A): Maximum 28 years.
- Work Assistant posts: Maximum 28 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
