Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), Bhubaneswar has released the official notification for UG Admission 2025-26. Eligible tribal students from the BPL (Below Poverty Line) category can now apply for BA, BSc, BCom, and B.Voc programmes at KISS Deemed to be University.
Applications will be accepted online only through the university website from 23 May 2025.
About KISS Deemed to be University
Founded in 1992-93 by educationist and social reformer Dr. Achyuta Samanta, KISS Deemed to be University is the world’s first tribal university.
In 2017, it was granted Deemed to be University status by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. In 2024, KISS received NAAC Grade ‘A’ accreditation, a milestone for excellence in tribal education.
